It is with great pleasure we can announce that ESR01 Dr. Diana Vitiello has been nominated for the prestigious Gustav Eirich Award.

The Gustav Eirich award, which promotes ideas and supports young talents in technical disciplines, is organised by the European Centre for REFractories (ECREF) and the German company Eirich. The presentation is made for the three best dissertations (Ph.D. theses) in the field of refractories that have been completed within the last two years. The presentation of the award will take place during International Colloquium on Refractories in Aachen on 29-30 September 2021.
